What a day! I start with a first leg of 50 km consisting of impressive bends again — a good way to wake up at 7 am … The sky is low, and the temperature too. Big contrast to yesterday. We’re riding in the mountains and the tall green grass turns into even taller jungle trees. Then as we go higher in altitude the clouds becomes thicker and thicker… I put my GS into RAIN mode to make it easier for me. And I need it because the riding conditions are quite rough: sliding mud, gravels, steep hills, narrow road, sharps bends, wet and damaged asphalt, dark jungle forest and thick fog.
